Honestly I'm surprised I did this consistently. I actually am upset that it's over, on my way to get another one. I journal in it as soon as I get out of bed, instead of scrolling. I miss it already. This journal is really cool having morning and evening journaling activities on the same page. Energy check in levels, water intake, sleep track, gratitude, food intake, and beautiful cues at the end of pages, has truly made me more mindful of my days. This is one of the best routines I've ever had in such a long time. I truly thought 30 pages would also be tough, but not with this one. My one request is to make it 60 pages of journaling instead. If anybody wants to know how long it takes - 4 to 5 mins in the morning and same goes for evening. Super easyyyy.

This journal helped me realise my patterns. It clearly puts in front of me the correlation between bad days, stress, hydration, etc. It also shines light on coping mechanisms that I have sub-consciously been employing to deal with stress.
I like doing the entire thing in the evening, as it helps me reflect on the day. It just takes a few minutes, so there isn't too much friction when it comes to me picking it up every day.
