For someone new to journaling, I found this tool superbly effective.
If you are not in the habit of journaling on a daily basis, this guide effectively prompts you with different kids of nudges. This really helps build a flow, and after a couple of weeks it automatically guides you towards what you are feeling that day and how to reflect and grow! Love this product and the leaders toolkit .
